Kicked me out

While entering my insurance info, which is hard to do in the car and could be gotten from me once I get to the clinic, the app closed itself. When I reopened it, it was back on the home page and had none of the info I entered. This same thing happened when I tried the app once before. So I guess Ill be deleting it. Again.
