CareNow Check-In App App Reviews

I tried entering my email info into in the email field after you select your location. Tried twice with the app failing twice. Went onto their mobile site and was able to set up an appointment. I cant see using this anytime, ever.

This app does not work at all.

Final step to complete checkin is not working. When fixed this will be a very use app.

I have tried to use this app on several occasions and as other users have stated, it gets to the end of the check in and will not go through. So frustrating to think you are saving time but then have to go back to the computer.

Seriously. This cuts your waiting time almost to nothing. You type all your info online, including insurance, it creates/updates your file and it allows the operator to call and confirm your insurance a lot faster. You get a phone call within minutes of submission and they will call and tell you when to leave so your arrival will be almost exactly when you can go in to see the Dr. Very few papers to sign and the less work you make for the nurses the better your experience will be. This was my first visit to a CareNow and I will definitely be back. A+ app, A ++++++++++ care.
