Waste of Time use a desk/lap top!!

Have tried to use the mobile app twice this week. Both times I have completed all the screens and go to submit and it tells me there is a server error and I need to check my connection. I show I have full bars for my connection and wi-fi. My router is working I was just online. Now I have to go turn on a desk computer wait for it to boot and start over AGAIN.
