CareNow Check-In App App Reviews

Crashed a couple of times while entering the ton of information Care Now requires just to talk with you. The additional down side: youll have to renter all this information again the next time you want to set up a check-in. Sort of defeats the purpose of a convenience app (but what about the health care industry is convenient). Id highly recommend use the web based app to save on the frustration of using this app.

Great app, dont know of any other doctors going this. Able to check in on the run.

Check-in with the app works great. Created an account and now I just sign in and all my info is there.

I have always used this app but now I have to redo all the info every time I open it. I have set up a new account, removed and downloaded the app and it still refuses to save any info. I love CareNow but hate this app! Might have to look for somewhere else to start going to

Very unreliable. After seveal attempts that kept freezing then kicking me out to start all over, tried to call in an appointment. Was told they cant take call in appts. Must use web or iphone app. Tried app again on 2 different iphones. No luck. We ended up going elsewhere for treatment. Dont rely on this app.

Kept on freezing up or crashing and the website wouldnt even let me log in. Called primary instead.

This app saves time waiting at the clinic and with all the insurance info already typed in,you dont have to fill out forms every time you go in..great app!!

This new interface is in my opinion a massive step backwards for your users. The navigation is less appealing, the random drop downs are almost invisible and unlike the previous version all of our information must be re-entered. Im very disappointed and wish I had not updated my app. If there is a way to go back to the old app I would immediately. At the end of my recent web check-in the app immediately went into a loop trying to check me in again. I had to call to see if my checkin submitted. It did successfully. The appeal of this app in the past was its simple interface. It was excellent. This new interface should be roles back or scrapped. Im sure the developer is proud of the interface but as a developer myself I have to say this UI is less user friendly.

The app does not save your insurance information and it has you "verify" the little information that it does save by having you re-enter it. When you complete your web check in, it doesnt tell you that its complete, it just takes you back to the first screen of the web check in process. Because my app was so glitchy and frequently froze, I didnt know whether my web check in was lost or not. Twice, the app became unresponsive and the only way I could get it to do anything was to hit the back button at the top of the screen

Love the new version. Easy to use and intuitive. Great to be able to wait at home and when they call me just walk in and see the doctor. Love the Carrollton clinic and staff.

I tried competing the registration process multiple times and kept getting an unexpected error message upon completion. The user experience leaves much to be desired!
